Liked the stay here and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The location was exceptionally nice near to the accomodation was also a vaporreto stop that made the commuting easy and met the demands. Besides, it was very close to the Giardini as well as the taverns.

Fairly clean hotel, thoroughly enjoyed to be near the airport to the accommodation, the main square in 20 minutes and Giardini & Arsenale thanks to absolutely perfect and beautiful location. The room we were given a free upgrade to was great-sized and included central heating, iron and ironing board, and multi-channel television. It was with a bidet.

The Vaporetto stop was only a 2-minute walk away, making it easy to explore other parts of the canal by water transport. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a clean and cozy house decorated with attention to detail. My room was spacious and had a beautiful view over the canal. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. The staff, especially Cristina, were incredibly kind and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The area surrounding the hotel felt unsafe, especially in the evenings when the streets were dimly lit and deserted. Breakfast options were limited and could have been more varied.
